
Melon & Cucumber Yogurt Smoothie
Smoothies are now big business and it’s easy to spend quite a lot on one when you’re out and about, but they are so simple to make and literally take minutes to prepare.
I like the cool flavour of melon and cucumber together. Use a perfumed melon such as Galia, Honeydew, or Charantais, this will give a deeper flavoured end result.
Ingredients
- 1 small ripe melon
- 1 cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 2 limes, juice of
- 6 fresh basil leaves
- 4 tbsp Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp clear honey
- good handful ice cubes
Method
