Fruity Sherbert Slush
Just a few ingredients make this wonderful sharp and fruity flavoured ice. Serve the slush in glasses or freeze until hard and scoop some onto a wafer cone.
- 350g frozen fruits
- 200g Greek style yogurt
- 25g icing (confectioners) sugar
- The fruits must be frozen; put all the ingredients into a liquidiser or processor and blend briefly, just until you have a chunky mixture.
- Spoon this mixture into glasses and serve straight away, slushy.
- Alternatively, pour the slush into a container and pop the mixture into the freezer to harden.
