Fruity Sherbert Slush

Just a few ingredients make this wonderful sharp and fruity flavoured ice. Serve the slush in glasses or freeze until hard and scoop some onto a wafer cone.

Fruity Sherbet SlushIngredients

  • 350g frozen fruits
  • 200g Greek style yogurt
  • 25g icing (confectioners) sugar

Method

  1. The fruits must be frozen; put all the ingredients into a liquidiser or processor and blend briefly, just until you have a chunky mixture.
  2. Spoon this mixture into glasses and serve straight away, slushy.
  3. Alternatively, pour the slush into a container and pop the mixture into the freezer to harden.
