Brown Rice Flour

Similar to white rice flour, brown rice flour has a slightly nutty flavour and a grainy, rather heavy texture. Combine it with other flours for cooking because of its texture; it also gives a nice background flavour to cakes and buns. Good for meringues and macaroons, as it gives a nice open texture and feel. Brown rice naturally contains more vitamins and minerals.
