About Cook Gluten Free

Bea HarlingIf you have found this site then you probably already know quite a lot about gluten intolerances and Coeliac disease so we won’t go into details here but we have some great links for more information in our Gluten Free Info section.

So, you are either a diagnosed Coeliac, have a wheat intolerance or just want to cut down the amount of gluten you eat as part of a healthy regime, that’s fine. We have a range of products that will help you live a gluten free lifestyle and you won’t miss out on any taste.

We have also badgered our chef friends and nutritionists to come up with an array of recipe ideas to help keep your diet varied and interesting. If you sign up to our newsletter we will even drop the odd recipe idea into your mailbox.

Technical bit: All our products and ingredients have less than 20 ppm (parts per million) of gluten and as such can be labelled Gluten Free (Gluten Regulation EC 41/2009). We do not sell products containing gluten above these levels, commonly referred to as ‘low gluten’ products.
